#01. National Police Clearance Online Registration
For online registration, follow the steps below to apply for a National Police Clearance Certificate.
- Go to your web browser and visit the official website: www.pnpclearance.ph. The National Police Clearance System (NPCS) website will open.

- Click the “REGISTER” button to create a new account.
- The following screen will appear. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully, then check the box to indicate your agreement and click the “Next” button.




- Once you have completed the Terms and Conditions section, the following screen will appear.


- Fill in the required information carefully and click the “Register” button to create your National Police Clearance account. The same credentials will be used when logging in, so make sure all details are accurate before submitting the form.



#02. National Police Clearance Login
- To log in to the National Police Clearance portal, visit https://pnpclearance.ph. The following screen will appear.
- Click the “Sign In” option to access your account.

- Enter the email address and password you used during registration, then click the “Sign In” button to log in to your account.
#03. National Police Clearance Online Application
After logging in to your account, complete the National Police Clearance application form by entering the required information carefully and accurately. Review all details before saving the information and proceeding to the next step.

#04. Select Type of Police Clearance
The Philippine National Police provides two types of clearance: National Police Clearance (NPC) and Local Police Clearance (LPC). Select the appropriate option based on your requirements, then proceed to the next step.
#05. Book Police Clearance Online Appointment
The next step is to schedule an Online appointment for your Police Clearance application. Select the nearest police station and choose a date and time that is convenient for you to visit. Make sure you are available on the selected schedule to complete the required verification process.



#06. Police Clearance Fee Payment
For a National Police Clearance Certificate, the standard fee is ₱150. Additional transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method selected, typically ranging from ₱10 to ₱30.
First-time job seekers may be exempt from paying the clearance fee under the First Time Jobseekers Assistance Act, provided they present a valid Barangay Certificate.
To make a payment, click the “Pay to LandBank” option and choose your preferred payment method, such as LandBank Account, GCash, BancNet Online Banking, or Cash Payment via 7-Eleven.
After completing the payment, save or print the payment receipt for future reference. You will need to present this receipt when visiting the police station for photo capture, fingerprinting, and other verification procedures.


#07. Photo and Fingerprint Capture
After successfully completing the payment, visit the selected police station on your scheduled date and time to complete the Police Clearance process. During your visit, your photo and fingerprints will be captured for verification.
Be sure to bring all required documents, including your valid IDs and payment receipt, to avoid any delays or inconvenience during the application process.
