#Step 1: Login to PNP Clearance Portal

Persons with disabilities (PWDs) and first-time job seekers may be eligible for a fee exemption. To avail of this benefit, select the appropriate option in the application form and provide the required supporting documents.

After updating your profile, click on the “Clearance Application” option to begin the application process. Complete the form by providing the required information accurately, then proceed to the appointment scheduling page.

In this step, select the purpose of your application, such as General. Then choose the police station nearest to your location. You will need to visit the selected police station on your appointment date for biometric verification and photo capture.

Select your preferred date and time based on your availability. Once you have chosen a suitable schedule for your Police Clearance appointment, click the “Next” button to proceed.

Choose your preferred payment method from the available options, then click “Save Appointment” to confirm your schedule and continue the application process.

#Step 7: Save the Reference Number

After clicking “Save Appointment,” the payment page will appear. Your Reference Number will be displayed at the top of the page. Keep this number safe, as it will be required when you visit the police station for fingerprinting, photo capture, and verification.

#Step 8: Pay the Fees to Set Appointment

To complete your application successfully, pay the required fee using your selected payment method, either online or offline. Once the payment is processed, wait for the payment confirmation and receipt to appear on the screen. Save or print the receipt for future reference.

#Step 9: Print Payment Receipt

Print or save a copy of the payment receipt. You will need to present this receipt when visiting the police station for verification and biometric processing.
